How can an employee get two different tax-ids if he is shifting departments and still is in same country?

Are you sure that this was signed by Emilio Gonzalez and not some other Gonzalez?
I would think the last name Gonzalez would also be like the last name KIM for Koreans..there could be hundreds of Gonzalez at USCIS!

My company applied for PERM as a project manager for me. It got classified as Computer information systems manager and got a very high PW.
My company knows the job I am doing is not CIS manager's job. So they appealed it, but the appeal was denied and DOL insists that it is CISM and the pay should be this high.
I have not come across a single PM making this pay (though I wouldn't object to it if I can get it :) ). This is totally absurd.
How do we prove that PM != CIS Manager and get Project manager certified under EB2 with proper wages?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I also have receipt numbers beginning with WAC and filed in NSC. I was able to open a SR last month for self and spouse. During my infopass apt, the IO suggested that I could also open a SR by calling USCIS if I believe my case is not being processed within their window.

I am sure you don't even have to be in the US to trade in US stocks. There are people that have never been to the US that participate actively in US stocks and just as Americans participate in some foreign markets too.

Moved residence couple of weeks back. Changed address online for my 485 case and added for spouse and child as weel?
Is it ok to continue and add spouse and child cases for address change along with my case or do i need to start from scratch with their A numbers? Any idea.
It should be new procedure for each person.

I got an approval email from CRIS last week on my I-140.
Today I received an email saying the notice that USCIS sent was returned as undeliverable.
Any one has similar experience? Where does the I-140 approval notice go- Attorney or Employer address?

Tecnically I-140, labor cert belongs to the company. But it is always good to have a copy. I do not think it is necessary to have these docs to invoke AC21. Also, you may not necessarily get RFE for using AC21 either.

Depends on EB2 or Eb3 and country of birth. For Indians, it is a long-long wait unless a relief bill passes.
